Thanks for the info. I have been on 2 Alaska cruises previously and have already seen Glacier Bay and Hubbard Glacier. I am scheduled to go to to Endicott Arm/Dawes Glacier on the NCL Bliss next May 2025. I know that I only have a 50/50 chance to see the Dawes Glacier. I picked this cruise because it goes to Sitka and Icy Strait Point which I have never been to before. I have also never been on the NCL Bliss so it will be a new ship for me.

A really good recommendation, JT, for first time cruisers like myself. You provide good evidence/video to back up your opinion. So thank you. However, I have to agree with @ABP-jy3hp. . . Please slow your delivery down a bit. I got the overall message but some words are unintelligible.

Icon is front and center in media attention right now since it is now the largest ship in the world and a whole new class of ships for RCL. I don't know why though that Wonder is getting second most attention and Utopia is pretty much ignored. I didn't even know about Utopia until I saw this video.

I believe they changed it because 7/22 wasn’t a weekend.. and they are calling it the ultimate Weekend cruise.. so why not start it on a weekend. I’m booked in December for Utopia! I’m excited. I love oasis class ships. I’ve only done symphony. I’ll be on oasis in Feb!

Don’t believe everything you see. We went on quantum of the sea to Alaska in 2024 only to find out that the north star was not working and it had been over a year since it was operating. Even before we went on the trip they said it was working. until we got on the ship and sailing only to find out that the crew said it’s has not been worked over a year.. Can’t believe or hear anything they say because I called three times and they said it was working . It was a big letdown to hundreds and thousands that were on the ship. Beware of their tactics and selling you something and only to get there and it not working. I can understand if it just broke down, but it’s been a year and still selling it as a main attraction.

Don’t believe everything you see we booked our vacation trip on the ship to Alaska six months in advance in 2024 only to find out that it had not been working when over a year. We were told that it was working when we purchased a trip and before we arrived only to find out by the crew that it was busted and not operational.. they’re not informing customers of the situation and taking your money to find out once you get on the ship it’s not working

It was indeed an amazing ship! I can’t wait to get back on her but had to change my thanksgiving cruise to a 9 night on Grandeur on December 27th but all is good! Someday I will get back on her! I have many fond memories of thee January 27th cruise! I had absolutely no complaints about that cruise 🥰🥰
